Kelsey managed and directed the Celebrity Division for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, a celebrity-based fundraising event that raises over 1 million dollars per year for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Kelsey went above and beyond her role managing the project. I was fortunate to be able to leverage her experience in digital marketing and PR along with her natural passion for triathlon, being that she has done an Ironman herself. She organized training sessions with both race participants and celebrity participants and even jumped in the ocean to swim with those who had a fear of open water.
